The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating revenue, managing strategic customer relationships and partnerships islandwide. It is a senior leadership position within the organization with primary focus on expanding and developing the business with emphasis on the following:

    • Client Relationships
    • Revenue Achievement
    • Business Development

The Business Development Manager’s duties and responsibilities include, but not be limited to:

    • Maintain regular contact with doctors, hospitals and major partners
    • Ensure full scale marketing of the company’s complete range of services
    • Achieve planned revenue targets and objectives
    • Provide timely communication and information to the organization to facilitate the development of plans and strategies to expand the business

Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies majoring in Marketing or a related field at an accredited college/university
    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology would be an asset
    • At least ten (10) years professional experience in marketing, sales or a related field
    • Must possess strong communication skills
    • Must possess strong Information Technology skills
    • Must be flexible to travel islandwide
