Description
Under the supervision of the Head of the Data Processing and Reporting Services/Data Entry and Central Sorting Services Department, the incumbent is responsible for entering, verifying, correcting and retrieving information from a computer system. The incumbent is expected to perform clerical duties with use of initiative and independent judgment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Input and retrieve data on computer
- Check information on screen against original document
- Correct any errors made
- Perform clerical duties
- Maintain filing system
- Perform scanning of requisition
- Perform all other related duties assigned
Qualification and Experience
- At least four (4) CXC/GCE O’level passes, including English Language and Mathematics
- At least one (1) year experience in a data entry capacity
