Job Description

Under the supervision of the Human Resource Manager, the incumbent is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.  The incumbent is also responsible for providing advice and assistance to supervisors and staff with information on job descriptions, performance reviews and personnel policies of the company.

The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Ensure that accurate/up-to-date job descriptions are in place and providing advice and assistance with writing job descriptions
  • Assists with organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities in conjunction with Heads of Department
  • Oversee the monitoring of the Time and Attendance System
  • Recommend solutions to resolve chronic absenteeism and tardiness

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from an accredited college or university
  • Training in Supervisory Management
  • At least three (2) years professional experience in Human Resource Management
