We are seeking a transformational HR Manager who is knowledgeable and results driven to join our team. The successful candidate must have a strong background in HR practices, excellent organizational skills, and have the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and care. A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee relations
· Administer employee compensation and benefits
· Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
· Lead performance management initiatives
