Job Description

The candidate will report directly to the IT Manager and will be responsible for providing technical and IT related support to all staff. He/she will also be responsible for assisting the Information Technology Manager with the implementation and the maintenance of all information and communications technology systems to aid the operations of the business.

The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade hardware and software systems.
  • Provide supervisory leadership and training to the IT Technical Support Officer.
  • Provide Help Desk support to all end users.

Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain electronic equipment, inclusive but not limited to: computers, servers, printers, access control systems and IP related services.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum – First Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field.
  • Three (3) years work experience.
  • IT related certifications are an asset
