- Book and Pay for Appointment Online
- Present Name and payment receipt upon appointment (ALL Major Debit and Credit Cards Accepted)
- Observe all Covid-19 protocols
Requirements for Legal DNA Testing Appointment:
- Photographs of each individual should accompany the identification record. (Passport sized)
- A fingerprint of the individual/s being tested must be submitted with each case. The fingerprint for the minor if under 12 may be omitted once other identification documents are available.
